Need Help Choosing a Ultrabook / Everyday Use Lightweight laptop

Hey!

My budget is AU$ 1600-1700 or USD 1450-1550

Some things i need are:

- Light Weight
- A dedicated graphics card, intel HD 4000/4400 will NOT do
- a 13-14" screen
- Processor can be either i5 or i7

Closest i have found to fit my needs is the Asus Zenbook UX303LN however that retails at $2000 so i cant get that :(

any help would be greatly appreciated, i need to pick one up soon, so that would be awesome.

these have i7 4710 and 860m GPUs, 14,1'' 14,1'' 13,3'' respectively, 1454$, 1502$, 988$ respectively. If you don't live in the USA just look out for these models in any website you can buy from
