best 5.1 speakers for pc and home theater

Well the title says it all. I am looking for a 5.1 speakers for pc and home theater. I will be using them for mainly gaming and then for watching movies and listening music.
The ratio for playing games and watching movies and listening music will be 60:30:10.

Do you have a budget? Logitech has 2 different systems that may suit you well, but one is in the $80 range, and the other is in the $350 range.

I have the cheaper pair, and while they are decent for a bedroom, you may want the more expensive pair for a larger room.

What is the difference between those two models.
I don't have any specific budget but I also don't want to just throw money

The more expensive pair will be much better overall. They will be louder and clearer, and offer TRUE 5.1 surround instead of simulated surround like the $80 pair does.

The cheap ones are only about 70w, and the expensive ones are 500w. The z906 are also THX certified.
