Laptop to TV audio

My laptop screen is too little to game on in my opinion so trough HDMI I plugged my laptop to my TV. To here ingame audio I gotta plugg my headest to my TV but to hear Skype I gotta plugg'em to my PC, so I can't hear both. So do anybody know how I can get all audio from the same unit?

In the Control Panel search "sound devices" and you can open a menu which displays all detected sound devices. The one currently in use will have a green check mark, and you can change this with right-click options.
