I want to know which of these laptops have the best specs and will preform better.
I am looking for a laptop under £400.
If u have any othrer suggestion that should also be appreciated.

The Asus one (the first link) has the best processor but sacrifices on RAM. Avoid the pentiums and the i3s with low RAM. The AMD A8-6410 will perform similar to the intel i3 but that model has more RAM and a larger hard drive than the i3s. So I'd go with either the Asus X550CA or the HP 15-g094sa; the Asus if I need more processing or GPU power and the HP if I need more RAM or storage. The AMD one should provide better graphics than the i5-3337U as well (Though not as good as the i3-4030U).
