for gaming please help?????

laptop hp pavillon 15
4th gen i3
4 gb ram
1 tb hdd
2gb nvidia geforcegt 830m
and when im playing games on it i just remove the battery and the laptop runs on ac adaptop power will it affet my laptop??

Not really, just don't leave it plugged on when not in use. That will stop surges and the Mobo heating up. Not sure if you are saying you are buying this for gaming or use it for gaming, should run any game on at least medium.

For the battery, nope, not unless you get a brownout or blackout while playing.

I am sorry to be that guy, but "4th gen i3" doesn't really provide any valuable information.
"2gb nvidia geforcegt 830m" This is not really a gaming GPU but in case that's what fits your budget then I guess it's okay

As for the cpu it is not very game ready and the ram is just enough to play some game. Just don't expect to play watch dogs at max settings.
