What KIND of speakers in the garage? A pair of vintage Advents or some Marshall DSL100H Half Stacks 100 Watt Guitar Amplifier Head with MX412A 4x12" Angled Guitar Speaker Cabinets?
shoot i have no clue their like from the 2000's the ones with the big speaker on bottom, smaller one on top. how should i arrange them and what do i need.

They might use some weird old audio cables that are obsolete. What do the cables look like?

to connect your speaker out from the computer to the left and right Pre-Amp IN inputs on a stereo amp. Then just wire the speakers to the stereo amp as you normally do. You may be able to find a connector like that locally at a computer or audio store.
Set your Windows speaker audio out volume to about 35% to start with so as not to overdrive the stereo pre-amp inputs. Adjust as needed.
