you can get a more powerful machine for that money, but not for the thin form factor.
beware that when gaming on battery performance is significantly lower. around 40% lower.
Furthermore whilst gaming either on battery or plugged this laptop will be ABSOLUTELY BOILING. Temperatures can hit 60oC + and that will just burn you. so for gaming I would recommend getting a decent cooling pad and just leaving it on your desk.
