Hi everybody! Sorry for the long post, I have a BIG problem here. ANOTHER issue has arose. My laptop is now starting to act up left and right. The laptop is an Asus Q550LF laptop. The problem: I woke the laptop up from sleep to do some video recording, connected a USB headset, then opened up the "Recording Devices" sound menu to configure the USB headset. I then got an message saying that the "Windows Shell Common Dll" had stopped working. Close window and retry. EXACT same thing happened. I restart the laptop and try again. The EXACT same thing happened AGAIN! Very annoying. I open up Debut and check some settings. I exit the Settings dialog and Debut refuses to display a preview of my screen, which it was doing just before. I try to get out of Debut and Debut crashes out (freezes then has to be force closed). I insert an SDHC card to play some videos on it, and try to play a video. Windows Media Player hangs and never plays the video. I try again (twice) and I get a error saying that the server execution failed. I then notice that Malwarebytes has HANGED!!! I don't know what has happened, nor do I want to restart the system because something may have messed up critical boot files (no, I havent been in the System32 directory or the Boot directory). Please help me here! Thanks in advance!!
