since 80w@6ohm is your lowest max power handling i would say a receiver which can handle 75-80w@6ohm is sufficient for your needs which should be easy to find on budget.

as for connectivity... ideally you would use hdmi for audio and video for the best quality. then you would hook up your tv to the hdmi out of the receiver for video passthrough.

you could use optical spdif as well but it would be compressed sound (hdmi supports uncompressed surround sound) in most cases which makes it subpar.

Yes, you need a 5-channel amplifier/receiver with an RCA plug for subwoofer output. That amplifier can be connected to the PC with an optical cable, three 3.5mm cables, or an HDMI cable, depending on the model of the amplifier/receiver.

i use a home theater system on a pc myself (photos in "build" link in my sig if interested) and i use dvi output to hdmi cable (basically the same thing as direct hdmi/hdmi.
