Deciding between three 860m laptops. All come with I7 CPU and 12gb ram.

1. Asus G750JM

Pros: Most populair, build quality, cooling.
Coins: Heavy, 5400rpm hdd

2. MSI Apache GE70

Pros: Awesome keyboard, good looks, 7200 rpm HDD, lighter than Asus.
Cons: Heating issues

3. Sager 7378

Pros: Cheapest of all- meaning can upgrade a lil.
Cons: Ugliest of all

Hdd doesn't matter cause I will plant a ssd in there. Sager is buttugly but good for wallet. MSI looks coolest and Asus just most trustable. Not sure!

Units with the exact same specs seem to be a running theme lately. I'd go with the ASUS as it's a known quantity. The Sager has to be purchased through Sager, not through Xoticpc or another reseller or they don't support it without charging fees, as shown here.

Sager also offers complete support and repair services for all Clevo based Laptops. This service is offered even if the laptop was not ordered through Sager, although in that case the user must pay in full for all services provided.

MSI just has poor quality assurance and customer support.

It's only my opinion but I think ASUS has better BIOS, better customer support, better driver support.

Oh, and all those units come with an SSD and two HDD's for RAID configuration...

Asus, MSI and Sager all have good build quality. I see you have alread spotted the differences between each build. If you like looks go for the MSI, if you don't care about looks and would rather get a little perfomance boost get the Sager, if you like the best of both worlds go for Asus. Also note that Sagers 7XXX have only one fan and the 8XXX series and 9XXX have two (asus has two) for which reason i would recommend the Asus build. (although I am not sure about the fans thing 100%, don't quote me on that one)

Yeah, I didn't even think to mention that. The G750JM does have two fans. And I'll tell you right now that when it comes to any laptop, there is never enough cooling, so having more cooling shouldn't even be a question. You stuff all that hardware and a fairly decent GPU into that case that you KNOW is going to shed heat like crazy, you'd be nuts to not want the unit with more effective cooling.
