My 1025 screen blanks

The screen on Asus1025 blanks out sometimes when I move the lid. I suspect the cable that attaches to the screen. I would need instructions on how to replace it and sources for the part, preferably in Italy but a friend is coming over and I could have it shipped to him in the US,
