The main difference is that the GS60 is similar to a GS70. And are both the thinnest laptop made by MSI. Overheating is one if the main problems for the GS series. However it wouldn't matter that much as a laptop will still require a laptop cooler. So I personally would go with the GS60 for portability and it supports 4K monitors which I will be only useful if you game in 4K.
Both utilise the same GPU so there wouldn't much of a performance different.
