Try CTRL-ALT-DEL, Task Manager , in the bottom right NEW TASK, when the window opens type Explorer.exe and hit enter - if your desktop comes up, run MalwareBytes (they have a free version), a virus scan, and see what comes up....Then reboot if same happens try running from the command prompt as Administrator the command SFC /SCANNOW

Tradesman1, When I type in explorer.exe on my new task menu, it shows the blue circle by the cursor (saying its loading up) but it does nothing...It won't load up and I have no idea what to do :??:

Did you ever fix your problem? Mine does the exact same thing, but I'm inclined to think it is a connector inside that is loose. It does not matter if I'm on battery or power cord, same issue persists. The only work around I have is to push my laptop screen further back, making it unnatural to view, but at least it's working. I'm trying to actually find someone that solved their issue, but no luck.
