Best laptop for under $600-700 for school/graphic designing

Hello, I am looking for a laptop that is good running programs, good for school and good with graphic designing..

If you dont mind Apple OS then i would def look into a macbook air or a mac at least, Sony , Samsung or Asus are usually the next best
