Hello,
A few weeks ago, i bought a Lenovo Flex 2 15 (20405) for school. Firstly, I love it. On the Lenovo site, where i got it, it specifically said no optical drive. I was fine with it, and i still am, no need for discs, more room for other goodies. But on the side of my ultrabook, there is what looks like the hath thing for an optical drive, that can come out about 1 cm when i pulled at it. I checked the system, and it doesn't detect an optical drive. There isn't a button to open this "hatch", but now I'm curious. Does anybody know what this may be? is it an expansion slot of some kind? is it possible to add an optical drive on my own? Sorry for the long question, and any help is very appreciated.

Is it posible that this is where my hybrid drive is? that would make some sense to me, but I'm not sure.

Maybe but I have a strong sense it is either a SSD or M.2 SSD. I recommend checking with Lenovo support.
