I'm looking to spend about $850 (so roughly $1,000 after taxes and shipping) on a laptop that can run Dota 2 and SC2 at the highest settings. I'm currently looking at the i7 Lenovo Y40 http

Dota 2 and SC2, by today's standards, don't have horribly high requirements and so I'm hoping that this laptop will be able to do it. Bear in mind that I'm in Canada and my options are limited.
In short: A laptop that can play SC2 and Dota 2 on their highest settings for about $850 (even up to $1000 is okay) in Canada, preferably a 14 incher.
