I am looking to upgrade my systems gpu and I would like it to be high in the cuda core department but also be good for games.

I will mostly be using Photoshop, after effects and premiere pro. However, I found threads that said when cuda was enabled with this card, it crashed premiere pro in some cases and after effects in others, never both. However, they all date to Q2 2013 and I couldnt find one to see if that issue was fixed. Can anyone let me know?

Didn't know whether or not you had an older version or not. The...
What versions of Premiere Pro and After Effects will you be using? This will help in determining whether or not that card should work. The card is officially supported in Premiere Pro CC 2014. For earlier versions you will need a hack (to add the card to the list of supported CUDA cards) to be able to use CUDA.
http://www.studio1productions.com/Articles/PremiereCS5-2.htm has instructions (skip to Number 20) on how to add the card to the list.

I didnt know they were different kinds. I was just going to go to https://creative.adobe.com/plans and get a single app plan for each of the 3. unless there is one with all 3 that saves me money that im not seeing.

Didn't know whether or not you had an older version or not. The only plan that I'm aware of that offers all 3 on a single plan is the $49.99 (complete plan) a month plan which is a savings over the $19.99 per single app plan.
The complete plan gives you access to all of the apps.
