Good laptop for Skyrim

That is a netbook using the Intel Baytrail M CPU. You will not be able to use that to run Skyrim.

You need a laptop with at Core i3 or Core i5 CPU and the Intel HD 4400 integrated graphics core. It should be able to run Skyrim decently at 1366x768 resolution and moderate graphic settings.
