MSI GX60 Destroyer is the best gaming laptop for that budget,in my opinion. 
With that one,you should be able to play Crysis 3 at medium-high @ 50-60 FPS.
Another great option is an ASUS G75.
With that one,you should be able to play Crysis 3 medium @ 50 FPS
Also,the ASUS ROG G750JM-DS71 is another excellent choice.
With that one,you should be able to play Crysis 3 at high @ 60 FPS.
I would get the MSI GX60 Destroyer or the ASUS ROG.
