Hi guys. I am looking to upgrade my dell Inspiron 3135 computer in order to play games like league of legends and Starcraft 2.

It's got a really slow 1.1ghz processor in the form of an AMD A6 APU. My budget is around $200-$250 max. I already have peripherals (I.e. Mouse keyboard and monitor) so no need to add that into the possible cost of upgrade.
So what do you guys think I can do for under $250 to make this be able to play games like League of Legends (required spex:

I'm assuming that I'm going to have to upgrade the APU to a better one? Would I be able to put in a dedicated gpu? Better to go APU or CPU/gpu? APU + GPU? I'm looking for best performance possible under $250 for an upgrade. And no saving money for a new one is not an option, as I'm on a really right budget.
