Hello, I am currently looking for a laptop that would be great for graphic design, and on the side gaming, and also could do multitasking for school. I would like my Laptop to be better than my previous desktop which i have just recently replaced with a 3000 dollar desktop i built. So i am defiantly not in the need of a stationary device. Im looking for a laptop that is a good bang for buck laptops anywhere from 400-900 bucks. The reason im requesting help is i have no idea where or what to look for in laptops. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys and Gals!

The desktop i would like to overpower with this laptop is this:

Hey,

Within your price range, this laptop from Amazon would make the most sense (http://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-V3-572G-70TA-15-6-inch-Platinum/dp/B00KCT41VS/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1407864433&sr=8-7&keywords=laptop+840m).

It has an i7-4510U, which increases battery life to (advertised) 7-hours on casual usage, and it has an 840M, which is fine for light gaming. It costs about $799 with free shipping. This definitely runs faster than your desktop (atleast from a GPU perspective).
