Hello guys and dolls.

I've been recording footage of gaming on DXtory and have my settings tweaked to just how I want them..

However, after building the massive file of 47GB I come to the brick wall of not being able to dump it anywhere on there internet i.e YouTube for obvious reasons... (I hear people use Handrake etc) But I'm kinda unsure on how to use it.

Can anyone help me shrink this mammoth file into something smaller?

If you could throw some approximate numbers of how large the file will be after compression, that will be appreciated!

Thanks in advance

-Dizzy

I highly recommend this http://handbrake.fr/
I compressed a 1.22Gb file into about 40Mb without any quality loss with it.

Handbrake, as suggested by Ryanx9000, is very good. Another free option is MPEG Streamclip.

Hi DizzyEgg,
One more option you can use "Free Video Joiner"., it can add multiple videos in one and also reduced the size of the video in very low. Search on Google and enjoy it.
