Solution
Comparing the two GPUs at a 64 bit level, the 8670m is superior. However, if you are comparing the R6 128 bit to the 8670m 64 bit, the R6 comes out on top despite the 8670m being slightly faster. This is because the R6 can (theoretically) perform twice as many actions as the 8670m. Use these links as a reference:
