We bought a bracket to fit into the drive bay. Inserted a samsung 840 evo 250 gb ssd. assigned a driveletter. copied OS through newest Samsung software, used the Samsung Magician software to have it perform safely. Programmed Evi Bios to start from SSD which it does, fast as expected. BUT: every few seconds there appears to be a lag. Open windows close. Info is lost. As soon as i remove the drive bay all is back to normal..... any Ideas? Y510p 12 gb internal memory.
