is my laptop temprature too high?

I bought a brand new Lenovo B5400, it runs at 50C maximum when it's about 5% load and when it's about 50% load the temperature is about 63C, is it too high?

Yes, get a cooling pad/cooler fan.. Cooling pads/cooler fans are highly recommended for laptops not only they keeps your laptop cooler but saves the motherboard, GPU, HDD which have no/very little space for air flow.. (I'm suffering from such problem because of ignorance of cooling pad/cooler fan importance)
