Ok, so I want to play that are fairly new and next-gen without bad framerate. I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 745m graphics card. Intel Core i7-4500U CPU @1.8 ghz. I also have 8 go of RAM and a 1920x1080 60hz monitor I'm running it on windows 8 and my drivers are up to date yet i still get really crappy framerates in games like Bioshock Infinite and Watch Dogs. I've tried most things to get my fps up but everything just works for a day or 2 then goes back to the way it was b4. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it have any effect to change resolution/ graphics quality in the games? Does your video card has dedicated memory? Try playing the same games and lower the quality settings, try installing a program to check the temperature of your components.

The 745M isn't a great GPU and Watch Dogs has terrible PC optimization. The best things you can play would be stuff like Grid 2, CS: GO, etc. around medium settings.
