Which is better to render with. My cpu as listed in the little or the OpenCL on my graphics card?

I would experiment with both and see which one gives you the best render times. The CPU does play a critical role in rendering and how and when it uses the GPU depends on what you are doing at the time such as the use of special effects or transitions.
