which gaming laptop to buy for wow ?

hello there ,
i know this might be the wrong section for posting this but as my gametime has expired and it will be sometime before i buy gametime again so i am posting it up here .
at the moment i have this sony vaio laptop which has these noted specs that i will write down below . P.S. the game at teh moment runs on 15 fps when i play the game on my 23 inch lg monitor on 1920 *1080 resolution settings without triple buffering option. after seeing my laptop specs .plz let me know if i have to buy another decent laptop for playing wow on ultra high settings for resolution 1920*1080 or at the moment if i am well off with this laptop that i have ? i run the game on 64 bit mode .
