I have a sony kdl-46v5100 tv and a sony ct260h sound bar. ever since hooking up sound bar my tv randomly goes black screen and no sound for about 3-5 seconds. i had comcast replace the cable box twice and still have problem.
soundbar is connected to tv by optical cable, tv does not support ARC so I cant use a hdmi cable.
Everything plays fine but the black out is very annoying.
Can any one help?
I tried sony but they have no idea.
