I have an at2020 usb condenser microphone that I would like to connect to a soundboard. The soundboard only has XLR ports that my usb microphone cant connect to. What cable(s) and or hardware do i need to use my microphone with the soundboard.

This is the microphone: http://www.amazon.com/Audio-Technica-AT2020-USB-Condenser-Microphone/dp/B001AS6OYC/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_i

And this is the soundboard: http://www.amazon.com/Behringer-802-Premium-8-Input-Preamps/dp/B000J5XS3C/ref=sr_1_1?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1405969739&sr=1-1&keywords=soundboard

I don't know that you could. Condenser mics require phantom power which I gather is being provided by the USB +5V rail.

You would need an adapter that changes that USB connector to one of the inputs on the mixer that can provide phantom power.

I'm not saying it doesn't exist. I am curious if someone can answer this thread, also.
