It has an 840M, which can run WatchDogs at maybe 30FPS. I couldn't find a 850M within your price range so you'll most likely have trouble playing WatchDogs and most modern games in medium.

Here's the benchmark and fps for the 840M - (http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-840M.105681.0.html).

However, this laptop is much better than the HP in terms of processor and GPU. Unfortunately, you won't be able to play WatchDogs well, but this probably the best laptop you can buy for $600.

If you really want to play WatchDogs for $600, I'd look into a desktop...
Hey,

This laptop is a great buy if you're into web surfing or watching videos, but it won't run most games on medium to ultra settings.

It might even BARELY run WatchDogs on the lowest setting, but that's already a stretch. I would look into another laptop option if you want to play modern games.

What's your budget? Maybe I can find a laptop for you that's better for gaming. To even play WatchDogs, you'd need atleast a 850M/860M.

WatchDogs is a very GPU intensive game. You'll need atleast a 850M/860M to run it in playable settings. For high/ultra settings, you'll need a 860M/870/880M and these types of laptops start at $1,000.

For a decent desktop, you should go for an Intel i5 Processor atleast and anything better than a NVIDIA GTX 660 Ti can run WatchDogs at medium to high settings. I'd refer to this website if you need questions about what mobile GPU can run WatchDogs - (http://www.notebookcheck.net/Watch-Dogs-Benchmarked.117932.0.html).
