Speaker Stands for Wide Speakers

I am looking at some vintage speakers where the cabinet size is as follows -

Height 650mm
Width 400mm
Depth 300mm

I want to lift these about 300mm off the floor to get the tweeter height level with my ears when seated, but speaker stands tend to be somewhat smaller than the 400mm x 300mm.

Any suggestions?

p.s. I am in New Zealand

It is impossible to find stands for this kind of "bookshelf speaker" anymore. You can try pro sound shops since some studio monitors are that size but the stands are usually way to tall.
If you can do a bit of diy you should be able to get materials from local lumber and hardware stores to make something that will work. Wood or marble for top and bottom pieces. Uprights from ABS or metal tubing with threaded rod to hold it all together is one way.
