Well, gonna buy a budget laptop for about 43k inr, I have these options:
1. HP Pavilion p208tx- 4Gb of RAM, GT 830m graphics w/ i3-4030u
2. Lenovo G50 w/ 4 gigs of RAM, and a gt 720m
3. A Lenovo w/ AMD a10 apu (8570m here too) 6 Gigs RAM

So after some heavy researching on the net, I have absolutely no Intel on the 830m (yaay).

It has ~1 GHz gpu, and that's all about my scope, I have no idea what the others mean, and it'll be really helpful how much does the GPU clock affect the gaming performance?

According to the nvidia website, the 720m is actually better than 830m(cuz that makes total sense right?)
I'm really new here, any help would be appreciated :) sorry for the long text BTW.

You should refer to this site for all mobile GPU comparisons. :)

According to this benchmark site, the 830M is better than the 720M. It has a better core speed than the 720M and the 800 series GPU's are more power efficient (better battery life and less heating issues).

So the HP would be the best option in terms of GPU. It runs better than the integrated Lenovo GPU and the GT 720M!

Let me know if you have any other questions!
