The other day I was using my laptop with no problems. The next day my wife used it and said she re-booted it and windows installed updates. She used it with no problems. I came home, opened the laptop, and proceeded to use it. All of a sudden, the mouse pointer stopped moving, and I lost wireless (no internet) simultaneously. A usb mouse works, but not the touchpad. I have done everything, and finally reset the laptop to out of box specs. So, the laptop is just like it was when we first got it, but touchpad still not working, and cannot connect to wireless. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Running windows 7. Thanks
