How to get audio from PC and XBox 360 into one headset?

Hi, Im trying to find out how to get audio from my PC and Xbox 360 into a single set of headphones. I can tell I need a cord of some sort but I am unware what. If someone could link me a cord to get audio from my pc and xbox 360, also if possible to find one so I can adjust the volume of each device separately? Thanks :D

You're almost going to need a small mixer to that, especially if you want volume control.

Would I need something to change the 3.5 to a different size? Sorry im a little new to all of this :/
