Does this Insignia A/V receiver accept analog input (computer VGA)?

Solution
You will need a converter. If you're hooking it up eventually to a TV and if the TV has a VGA input, you could go that route. The converter would cost you around 30-40.00.
In terms of stereo(2.0) it has several analog inputs. VGA is only video so no audio. IF you need to convert video, that is a another matter. This item doesn't have a VGA input.
Assuming you're using the splitter from the 3.5mm stereo out from the laptop to the red/white inputs on the receiver, that works. Just choose one left/right input and you should be fine.

Sorry, I should have clarified. I know that there is analog stereo input, but I'd like to route my laptop VIDEO through the receiver. Can I route VGA video through this receiver?

If I'd have to use a converter to convert it from analog to digital, it's not worth it to me.
