I say the Lenovo! I've heard pretty negative reviews about ASUS gaming laptops thus far, but I could be wrong.

You'd be better off buying a custom built computer from your local PC goods store, or build it yourself.

For 1.3k for a laptop, you can get a desktop that's twice as fast and always upgradeable in the future if needed.
Laptop, well have fun upgrading your ram and storages

Well i already have a 800$ pc build which is strong enough to play games on it at full dh and on ultra
The reason i chose a laptop is bec I want sth I can use on the go and for the college too.

Huge Asus quality fan, big msi fan, but for slim light gaming notebooks its either Gs ghost by msi $1500 or Lenovo y50 $1100.

Your budget, Lenovo 100%

Asus does have very good build quality and a good cooling system in the ROG series (more specifically in the G750 series). We don't have any personal experience with the Lenovo Y series, but it gets mostly high marks. If it fits your budget more than the Asus, go for it! The Y50 has a better GPU, for whatever that's worth to you.

I agree with that. I've first hand with the g750 jm, js, and jz. Haven't any hands on with the lower models. But I can't imagine Asus crapping out on them. And like you said, all the Lenovo y50 reviews have been top notch
