Why is my notebook shutting down randomly. I have cleaned the heatsink and the fan, I even applied Arctic Silver Polysynthetic compound and my fan is working fine. its not the overheating because my cpu temperature are around 38 degree celsius.please help

It seems that some components on the motherboard with heat shuts down the laptop. In the BIOS, you don't have the sleep mode, so you know it's not Windows who cause the problem. Try again with just a full charge battery, go in the BIOS and wait.
When the laptop is on and without the battery, try moving gently the adapter's wire in the DC jack, if the laptop shuts down you know you have a bad connection. If not, go in the BIOS and leave it like that, if it will shut down, then something on the motherboard is defective.
