best laptop for graphic/programming

Hi everyone,

I have to buy a new laptop but i want a laptop to run smoothly for professional graphic and programming

Between those two, which is better:

I'm just student and want to have a good laptop. But do you think adobe master collection won't suit for any of them ?

I mostly use adobe collection (latest version), coreldraw, and webprogramming

by the way, I just need some more explanation between Intel HD graphics 4600 with up to 1792MB total graphics memory and AMD Radeon HD 8650G graphics with up to 4206MB total graphics memory, who is the best ? and why ?
