keyboard still won't work

keyboard out on laptop, tried everything. It will only allow me to type my password. .Usb keybo didn't work either. Tried taking the battery out, still nothing. No yellow! in device mgr. Pl
s advise. Thanks

I
if this issue is software/driver and not hardware related it can be fixed i guess. Search the model of the laptop and find the drivers related to the usb ports and re-instal them and see if that helps
