I know this much,
Asus K53U Motherboard, CPU AMD Fusion(Brazos Dual core) C - 50 (1.00Ghz) processor socket ft1 bga413, (CURRENT) DDR3 PC3-10700 (667 MHz) x2, (CURRENT) 3Gbs of ram(Hyundai Electronics). Processor supports DDR3 1066 ram. Uses 1.5V

The voltage doesn't really matter unless you are overclocking. It will work with your current RAM. In the old days it was different. Certain brands wouldn't work with others. Now things are different. As long as it fits it will work.

My other concern is that it uses PC3-12800 and my computer uses PC3-10700

A higher speed stick of RAM will downclock to whatever speed the other one runs at.

I noticed you mentioned that the difference in voltage won't matter unless I overclock my processor, I might do that with something like k10 or bravos tweaker, will the voltage still not really matter?

I meant that the voltage on the RAM does not matter unless you are overclocking the RAM.
