Are HP Certified Refurb laptops good?

Sorry for bumping this up but i just found a laptop on ebay that ships in my country and i have a question.
This is the laptop
It has 16 GB of RAM, an intel core i7 4700 MQ quad core processor with integrated intel hd 4600 graphics card with windows 8 for a very cheap price. The problem is that it's refurbished. Are refurbished laptops good? Is there anything that i should be worried about? It says that it was done by HP but i don't know. I never had a refurbished laptop before. Please don't leave an answer like "if it broke once it'll break again" or "all refurb are s***" without having an experience with one. Thank you.

Refurbished hardware is usually checked out better than new hardware but sometimes a lemon slips by. On a personal note, just my opinion, I find hp does printers okay and computers not so good. Shaky reputation in the forums.
