id try removing the keyboard and putting it back in place again if your comfortable with it.
there should be a guide how to do this in the manual book or you can find the manual book online here :

Which keys will it type, and which ones will it not type?

Press "Numlock" once and see if anything changes.

Finally, it's possible to buy a replacement on FleaBay and learn to swap it out from a video on YouTube.
