When I start up my laptop it says "takeing snapshots, memmory is to low" and you can only hit ok so I was going to try and go into my computer to earase things but it wount work. So then I tried to back up my computer and that didnt do anything then I took out the batterie while it was still on that didnt do anything. So I didnt go on my computer for 5 days then tryed again so I said well maybe if I just let my computer die it will let me go in and delet things that didnt work. So now I am thinking that I need to go get it fixed but I was wondering how much it would cause because I dont know if I have a virus or something idk!?

"Memory" usually refers to RAM and not hard drive space. You might need to add more RAM to the computer and/or reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows (reinstalling Windows will mean you'll lose all your programs and personal data). If you have a lot of programs at start up, those may be what are eating up your RAM (or your hard drive space, if it's actually related to the hard drive).
