Best convertible 13-inch laptop?

Well, my trusty ASUS G46VW finally kicked the bucket because of a broken charging port, and it's going to cost too much to repair (out of warranty).

I'm looking for a replacement, but I figured that I rarely used my laptop for gaming since I have a desktop for that, so I'm looking for a laptop purely for web browsing/office/coding.

With the convertible laptop market settling down and getting cheaper, I'm kinda fancying a laptop/tablet hybrid (i.e. actual tablet mode, not just a touchscreen laptop).

Budget is probably $600 tops, though I could stretch it a bit if something catches my eye.

Anyone have suggestions on what they think is the best 13-inch convertible laptop (i.e. laptop/tablet hybrid) for ~$600?

If it's got an SSD, I'm fine with 128GB.

The only ones within my range are 11" Bay Trail Celerons and Pentiums... no thanks.

Maybe my price range is too low for a decent convertible?

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of having to balance that thing on my lap either.

Looks like my best bet might be a Lenovo ThinkPad Twist or ASUS Taichi, both $650 with i5-3317Us and 128GB SSDs.
I'd prefer the Twist for it's larger screen, but apparently the hinge isn't great. Both seem to have their fair share of other issues as well (durability, screen orientation, etc)
