I opened my laptop one morning. It said a recent hardware/software change might have caused problems. I need to startup repair or open windows normally. When I choose start-up repair, it loads up. but then there comes the windows blue background with the arrow responding to mouse movements. however it stays like that for hours. When I attempt to start windows normally, it fails and restarts. When on boot I press F4 for recovery solution, everything happens like the start-up repair except this time with a green wallpaper!
My model is Samsung 350-V5C IN. Core i5 3rd gen, 4GB RAM, 2 GB AMD radeon graphics, windows 7 home premium.

Usually its ideal to start a new thread for your question. But this didnt seem to get many answers, so I will attempt to help you here for anyone else that might stumble on this thread and wonder what the solution is.

Do you have the recovery disks for the computer?

What have you tried to get it to work? It sounds like you have a corrupted boot partition and will need to re-install the windows OS. This is best case scenario, and bad hard drive could possibly be to blame. Also, what is the model number of your computer?
