"The software starts in Read-Only mode, this is indicated by the text (Read) in the title bar. When in Read-Only mode, many menu items are greyed out to show that they are not available. Other items are available, but lead to a dialog that has the OK button greyed out, so that changes cannot be saved. This may lead to some confusion".
