Someone choose the best out of these 4 laptops

They both have poor resolution by today's standards. If you don't care about that, the first one has more memory and better CPU, and the second one has a larger hard drive and better graphics card (although both of them are low-end for gaming). Personally, I'd go with the first one and replace its mechanical drive with an 256 GB SSD. For storage, I'd use its mechanical drive in external USB enclosure.

Third and fourth are nowhere near the first two in terms of performance.
