I'm looking for headphones that can serve me while on a crowd noisy street, and also serve me as gaming headphones while fragging all of yous on BF3 on the PC.
It's 2014, so a single headphone should have no problem to achieve this mission, right? Right??

I mean, look at the desired minimum spec:

1) OVER THE EAR design -because it's VERY hard to hear music on the street with on-ear headphones, and I hate in-ear (plugs) headphones.

2) On headphones buttons to control the music (play/stop, skip track, volume up/down...).

3) Ability to connect and hear sound using 3.5mm cable ORRRR USB cable (that will also charge the headphones while using it).

4) Wall charger to charge while on a trip...

5) Fold-able as possible (and a hardened pouch will be sweet too, but not a must).
Because sometimes it needs to go inside a schoolbag.

6) Replaceable rechargeable battery (Otherwise I will have to throw them away after 3 years and that is very sad and inconsiderate to this planet, right girlies?).

7) Surround sound capability (BTW, noticed BF3 does that automatically, and choosing virtual surround in the realtek console actually ruins the effect). Let's make it optional.

8) Good microphones so I can use them to talk on my cellphone and also use them to talk with my friends VOIP on Skype or a PC game...like... BF3.
The mics can be built-in or fold-able and detachable.

9) Bluetooth MUST HAVE high-speed support / EDR. And also APTX

http://www.aptx.com/category/headphones

10) Latest bluetooth tech (4.0) is preferred, to save battery life.

11) good build quality.

12) I really wish for a max price of 200 USD (US $).

If you're not a 12yo and know something about technology and pricing, you should see that it's actually not really a sophisticated spec at all. If it had also WIFI capability and mSDXC slot and a bluetooth / WIFI universal dongle, then I would call it sophisticated.

know any headphones that can match the spec?
I know only of 2:
Creative Evo wireless ZX
http://us.store.creative.com/Creative-Sound-Blaster-EVO-Zx-Headset/M/B00D34A1G8.htm
which a dude in a vid on youtube:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLFkt7LIDnE
said that basically they're not bad except the build quality, that is awful in relation to the price.

And actually that's it..
Yes, there's also the Monster DNA Pro wireless
http://www.slashgear.com/monster-dna-pro-wireless-headphones-have-bluetooth-and-active-noise-cancellation-07311922/
But they don't have surround and anyway they're not out yet (6-2014) and they want ~450$ for it. DOES IT COME WITH A SMARTPHONE OR WHAT???

I really don't want to buy 2 headphones for something that could be achieved with one even at 2011-2010.

Thanks

A site that looks decent also has a HUGEEE list of headphones/headsets:

http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-bluetooth-on-or-over-ear-headphones/

They crowned the Jabra Revo Wireless, which does not feet my spec (no aptx, not over-ear), but looks like a good package over all (sound over USB, has 3.5mm cord with remote.
