I'd like to sell my laptop to get another one, a better one for gaming. I'm not quite ready to sell without knowing what it's worth; so that's why I'm here!
It's an HP Pavilion DV7 (not sure which exact model)
Video mem: 1GB, ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6550 (Also has an integrated Intel gpu)
RAM 8GB
CPU Intel Core i5 M 480 @ 2.67 GHz
It's a 64 bit
750GB harddrive (5400rpm)
It has a fingerprint scanner and a bluray player
Comes with a 3rd party charger, original battery
Has a nice webcam, not sure about the megapixels, same with the mic. I know that they both work quite well
It has a few black spots (I think they're burn marks but I'm not sure) on the lower left palm area, next to the touchpad. Purely cosmetic.
Has 2 small dents on the top lid (which, by the way, has a lighten up hp logo, looks nice) I can order a new back casing and fix it.
It can run skyrim 40-60 fps on medium-high settings.
It has 3 usb ports and an hdmi port, an sd card reader, microphone and headphone jack, ethernet, vga port.

I don't know what else to include...It's a very nice laptop. If there's anything else I can say about it that will help please let me know.

Edit: It has 2 cores but is hyper threaded or something like that so it acts as if it has 4.
Edit2: It also has Beats audio and a small subwoofer at the bottom(Labeled Hp triple bass reflex subwoofer)
Thank you for your input, I'm wondering if I fix the dent do you think I could sell it for around 6-700$? I could include a nice mouse and a trackpad (wireless) if it would help the price a lot... I'm more than likely going to sell it on eBay, and I don't see many like it for cheap; in fact none of the current laptops have the same(or better) specs for less than 800 from what I've seen. I'll still be looking for more input and maybe some tips to help it sell better (of course it will be cleaned, and no I don't have the original packaging but I might be able to find it online somewhere..)

Honestly, that's a really decent laptop. It seems as though it'd sell really well but because of the cosmetic damage, it might not go for quite as much.
I'd say anywhere between £350-450, but it's only worth the amount that someone is willing to pay for it.

Your best bet is to put it on ebay and start bidding at around £300. That's a relatively modest price and it'll attract buyers (In my opinion, anyway)
